Using our closed cell polyurethane foam technology, we manufacture and sell low duty cycle tires with performance characteristics superior to open cell polyurethane tires and rubber tires. Applications include:

Since our foam tires can never go flat, we call them Flatfree™. Because our tires are made of high density foam, they exhibit low rolling resistance which makes jobs easier. Unlike open cell tires, Amerityre's polyurethane foam tire do not absorp water and suffer performance degradation in wet environments. Our materials are UV and ozone resistant and last longer two times longet than the competition.

Testing has shown our polyurethane foam material to be superior to competitive materials in the following areas:
