OUR PRODUCTS

We have created a line of tire products based on our unique polyurethane chemical formulations (see ""Our Technologies" section) and our patented manufacturing processes. These products are:

• Low Speed Foam Tires: Today Amerityre manufactures Flatfree™ polyurethane foam tires for low speed, recreational and utility vehicle applications.
• Tire Fill: Amerityre blends environmentally friendly tire fill materials of both closed cell foam and elastomer polyurethane materials to flat-proof rubber tires.
• Solid Tires: We are able to replace rubber with long wearing polyurethane material that simplifies and reduces costs of the manufacturing process.
• Composite Tires: We have successfully bonded polyurethane treads to new and used rubber casings. This technology has opened markets for new tires having unique tread designs and has simplified the retreading process for used tires.
• Pneumatic Tires: We have developed simplified tire manufacturing processes that allow a tire to be poured from a liquid and cure within minutes. These tires have successfully completed testing to the new Federal Motor Safety Vehicle Standard 139.
